Terms of Service

SoleMate is an adults-only community. You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and that you are legally permitted to view adult-themed material where you are located. We terminate accounts of anyone we believe to be a minor and preserve records where the law requires it.

SoleMate is a private social space where members share thoughts, photos and messages around foot appreciation. Members identify as seekers (sharing feet) or providers (worshippers).

SoleMate is a platform, not a party to any arrangement between members. We do not employ, vet, endorse, supervise or represent any member. SoleMate is not an escort, dating, matchmaking or sexual-services agency, and no commercial sexual service may be advertised, solicited or arranged through it. Any meeting or exchange between members is entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

You sign up with a handle, never your legal name. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done through your account. One person, one account. You may not sell, rent or transfer your account, impersonate another person, or create an account after being removed.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant SoleMate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content solely to operate, secure and moderate the service. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or where we must keep records for legal reasons.

You warrant that, for everything you upload:

• every person depicted is 18 or older;
• every person depicted gave informed, documented consent to that image being shared on SoleMate;
• you own it or have the rights to share it;
• it does not contain anyone’s identifying details, location or workplace.

Non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera content, and any material involving minors are absolutely forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech or repeated unwanted contact.
• Screenshotting, re-posting, scraping or redistributing another member’s content or handle off-platform.
• Attempting to identify, dox, blackmail or “out” another member.
• Sexual solicitation for payment, trafficking, or coercion of any kind.
• Sending unsolicited explicit images in messages.
• Spam, scams, financial requests, bots, automated access, or security probing.
• Uploading anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently delete any account at our discretion, with or without notice, when we believe these Terms, the Content & Conduct Policy or the law has been broken. We are not obliged to pre-screen content, and moderation does not make us the author of anything a member posts.

Veiled photos, approval-only profiles, mute, block and handle-only identity reduce exposure, but no online system can prevent another member from capturing or copying what you choose to share. Share only what you would accept being seen. You accept this residual risk as a condition of using SoleMate.

SoleMate is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy, safety, identity, age or intentions of any member.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoleMate, its founder, owners, operators and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, reputational harm, or harm arising from another member’s conduct, content, or any offline meeting. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless SoleMate, its founder, owners, operators and contractors from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, fine, penalty and reasonable legal fees arising out of your content, your use of SoleMate, your interactions or meetings with other members, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

You use SoleMate voluntarily and assume all risk of interacting with other adults, online or in person. You release SoleMate and its founder from all claims arising from those interactions, to the extent permitted by law.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. On deletion we remove your profile and content from the service, subject to backups and any records we must retain by law. Sections 4 (licence for retained copies), 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you waive participation in any class or representative action. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the app, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. A new version may require you to agree again before continuing.
